Our chef Gerold has over 20+ years of experience in restaurant, fine dining & catering. He started West Hill Deli with the belief that gourmet food should be made accessible to everyone. He has a deep understanding of Filipino and American cuisines. At the same time, he's known for adding unique and modern twists to the culinary classics.
